nsmcp::ToolRegistry method refreshProviders (public)

Refresh registrations supplied by configured tool providers. Reconcile provider descriptors with registry state; this is registration work, not a tool invocation.

Returns:
The provider dictionary when a provider context is configured, otherwise an empty result.
